Meticulous Care in Preparation With our own abattoir, processing centre and bakehouses, we are able to manage everything for quality.  We have 6 shops and a wholesale business, so we do a good volume.  But we don’t take shortcuts.  We invest in modern processes, equipment and Staff training.
