SERVICES At Chapman’s we like to help. We offer a range of services that may make things easier for you or another family member. Please let us know what you need - and we will show you the kind of service that keeps family businesses going for 116 years! Home Delivery Service We offer a free local delivery service to our housebound and elderly customers, and for large orders, special events and parties. If you think this could be a regular thing for you or for a relative, please call us on your local branch to discuss your needs. To enable a free service, we try to fit these in with our shop deliveries, so please let us know when ordering if you need a certain timing. We can’t always promise – but we always do our best! When I broke my hip, Bill in the shop asked my friend Jenny why I hadn’t been in. He knew my order and said he could help. They called and asked if I would like my things delivered. I was so pleased! It was a real help to have what I like while I was getting better, and it saved my daughter a trip out. That’s the kind of people Chapman’s are. You don’t get that from ****.Freezer Orders When it is time to fill the freezer, please let us know a few days in advance. We are happy to cut and wrap into portions just the way you like – different sizes of roasts, chops wrapped in 2s or 4s, different cuts diced or minced – whatever suits your needs. Many of our customers find this very handy – and there is no extra charge for the service or local delivery. They are the experts at cutting and packing – so I let them do it! They have the right knives and everything. Local and fresh, this is so much nicer than those chicken bite and mini sausage things from **** or that cash & carry ready-to-serve that you get everywhere these days. That’s just awful, but this is really nice.
